Alphalearners is an awesome brand set up by a Silicon Valley educator which offers tech-based activities in a cool co-learning space. From programing robots (to do the chores perhaps?!) to creating stop motion animation movies with LEGO characters and special effects (um…how cool is that?!), this brilliant start-up is all about empowering kids to make their own choices and creations – we love!

Each lab is designed for kids to learn and produce a movie and the sessions are totally affordable too. Oh and their projects will be emailed to parents at the end of each class so that you can delight in all that your little darlings are doing and share with proud grandparents too. Perfect.

Looking for something a little gentler? Geminose, a Virtual Reality carousel will introduce your children to beautiful playful creatures in a magical, mystical world of music and dance. And here’s one we’re really excited about – a Virtual Reality travel bus which explores cities around the world without the need for a ticket.

From zombies to sand-dunes, spaceships to sports and so much more, life in Dubai just got a whole lot more exciting.
